Winnipeg, MB — coaching online worldwide

Your cup doesn't have to be full. The standard doesn't move either way.

Some days you'll feel ready. Most days you won't. Coaching with me isn't about chasing motivation — it's about building a standard you show up for regardless of how today feels, until the goal you've quietly written off starts to look possible again.

Not everyone needs this. Some people do.

01

The goal-chaser

  • Training for a first 5K, marathon, or HYROX
  • Returning to a sport they used to love
  • Chasing a strength or weight goal that feels just out of reach
  • Doesn't need more information — needs a standard and a plan
02

The reclaiming

  • Wants to move without pain again
  • Hasn't trained seriously in years and feels behind
  • Wants to keep up on the trail, the trip, the floor with their kids
  • Believes their best years might be behind them — and wants that to be wrong

Confidence isn't a feeling you wait for. It's a standard you keep.

Proof over motivation

Motivation fades. What lasts is the memory of having done something you didn't think you could. Every session is another proof point, not a pep talk.

Failure is information

I missed sub-3 at my marathon by six seconds. That race taught me more than any PR has. You won't be punished for setbacks here — we'll just use them.

Independence, not dependence

I don't measure success by how long you train with me. I measure it by whether you leave believing you can tackle hard things without someone constantly pushing you.

"It doesn't matter if your cup feels half full or half empty today. The standard is the same either way — you show up, you do the work, and you let the proof accumulate."

HYROX mixed doubles goal — competing September 25, documented from day one

I don't ask you to do anything I'm not willing to do myself.

I'm a certified personal trainer and a massage therapist — which means I spend my days listening to people talk about the bodies they live in, the pain they've accepted as normal, and the goals they've quietly given up on.

I built The Daily Standard for those people. Not the ones chasing a quick five pounds before a trip, but the ones who've lost confidence in themselves — who used to think of themselves as athletic, or think they've gotten too old, or are carrying a dream they've accepted they'll probably never do.

"I openly acknowledged I failed. But that failure contained more growth than success would have."

I'm currently chasing a sub-3 hour marathon and documenting a sub-60 HYROX mixed doubles attempt with my girlfriend from complete beginner — publicly, including the parts that don't go well. If you want to follow along, that's on Instagram. If you want the same structure applied to your own goal, that's what coaching is for.

What I'm chasing while I build this with you.

Finishing the Manitoba Marathon

3:00:06. Six seconds from sub-3 at the Manitoba Marathon. Next attempt is already on the calendar.

Sprinting toward a race finish line

HYROX — September 25. Mixed doubles, sub-60 goal, documented from complete beginner with my girlfriend. Follow it on Instagram.

Three steps between here and your first real proof.

01

Apply

Fill out a short application — your goal, your history, what's actually in the way. Five minutes, no payment required.

02

Talk

We get on a short call. I ask better questions than "what's your goal," we figure out if this is a fit, and you leave with clarity either way.

03

Train

If it's a fit, we build your plan and get to work. Online, hybrid, or in person — built around your actual life.

Your cup doesn't have to be full to start. It just has to be raised.
